About Strada
We work with our partners — policymakers, educators, and employers across the U.S. — to ensure learning after high school provides equitable pathways to opportunity.

How we work
We deploy a diverse range of tools — from research to investing to policy and more — to foster collaboration between the institutions that serve students and the employers who need them. Together with our partners, we use these tools to improve education and training after high school across the U.S.

Internship program
Strada offers a paid, hands-on learning experience for students who are enrolled in education after high school. The summer internship program exposes participants to the work of a national nonprofit while they acquire transferable and relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities for future careers.
