Senior vice president, learner engagement, and chief community officer
Chantée Eldridge is senior vice president of learner engagement and chief community officer at Strada, where she leads efforts to strengthen organizational culture and ensure that learner insights shape the organization’s strategy, priorities, and investments. Her work focuses on cultivating an inclusive, healthy organization while elevating the voices and experiences of learners across the education and employment systems.
Since joining Strada in 2020, Eldridge has helped drive measurable improvements in organizational health, inclusion, and culture. She launched five belonging and inclusion groups, advanced inclusive excellence across the enterprise, and contributed to double-digit increases in the percentage of women and people of color represented in senior leadership. She also leads Strada’s evolving learner engagement portfolio, integrating research, practice, and learner voice to enhance the organization's understanding of the needs of learners.
Eldridge previously worked at the National Collegiate Athletic Association, where she launched a national former student-athlete task force, bringing together employers, educators, and recent graduates to shape program approaches.
Earlier in her career, Eldridge held public affairs and communications leadership roles in state government, advancing initiatives in economic development, criminal justice, public health, and community engagement in Indiana and Colorado. She also organized statewide and national summits for minority- and women-owned businesses and built partnerships with public and private entities to strengthen opportunities for underrepresented businesses.
Eldridge serves on the boards of the Girl Scouts of Central Indiana and CredLens. In 2024, she was recognized by Women We Admire as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Indiana. Eldridge earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University and a doctorate in higher education leadership from Maryville University.
