How our investment process works
We aim to invest capital in teams building mission-aligned, scalable companies from pre-seed to Series B. Our due diligence process generally takes three to six weeks.
During this time, we evaluate the company’s current traction, growth trajectory, impact potential, and strategic relevance. Companies must be based in the U.S. or Canada.
We do not lead rounds, and our check amounts typically range from $250,000 to $2 million with potential for follow-on investment in later rounds.
How we support our portfolio
We leverage our expertise and relationships to support product development, go-to-market strategy, impact evaluation, and more.
Our goal is to be a flexible capital and strategic partner, backing innovative companies achieving scale from both a financial and impact perspective.
